NTSC: National Television System Committee standard is an Electronics Industry Association, it is a Committee of the United States, Canada, Japan and parts of Central America and South America, making the commercial television broadcasting standard. NTSC display 30 per second (30 Hz), a resolution of 525 scan lines (rows).

PAL: Phase Alteration Line is the standard for most European countries, Australia, Central America and South America, parts of commercial broadcasting. PAL format, display the 25 frames per second (25 Hz), a resolution of 625 scan lines (rows).
